Our Patient Portal
Our patient portal gives you access to your visits with Dr. Terrana and lab results once they have been reviewed with you at your appointment. This allows you to print and bring these results to any other doctor appointments you may have. Our portal also allows you to pay any outstanding balances at no additional charge. Paying through the portal is safe and secure. Save a stamp and pay online. Avoid additional fees for additional billing statements. If you are not able to obtain a referral, we will still be able to see you at our self pay rate. New Patient paperwork can be accessed through the portal. Please complete and bring this paperwork to your first appointment.

Insurance Info
Our office participates in many insurance companies. Please contact your insurance company directly or log into their website to confirm that Dr. Terrana is on your plan. Referrals: It is your responsibility to find out if your insurance requires a referral. Please contact your primary care provider to obtain a referral and contact our office to confirm it has been received prior to your appointment. Below are the plans accepted. Please note that we do not participate in all sub plans which is why you must contact member services on the back of your card:
